Island Classics was founded by Eric Arakawa in 1982. For the next decade, it became one of the most esteemed labels on the North Shore with team riders Michael Ho, Derek Ho, Ronnie Burns, Shawn Briley, Dwayne Maki, and others. In the early 90's, Hawaiian Island Creations purchased the brand to have Eric shape for their professional team. Since then, HIC set it aside and never pursued any development.

In the year 2024, almost thirty years later, the iconic brand is back in our hands.

As a first step, we are taking a poll.

If there is enough interest we will begin production on an exclusive run of authentic Island Classics T-shirts using the same t-shirt design positives that were used to shoot the original screens.

Voters will be given first access to the limited presale.
