About Us

We are located on the outskirts of the Waialua Sugar Mill on the North Shore of Oahu. We build boards for anyone from touring pros to novice surfers.

The Custom Experience

Each one of our custom orders is designed individually by EA —for you. It is our goal to provide boards that compliment your specific build and advance your surfing style and ability.

Designs and options are not constrained to EA's models. These are just the blank canvas for you to start building your dream board.

CNC and Surfboard Design

After 20 years of hand-shaping, EA saw the potential of 3D design software and CNC machines to advance the sport of performance surfing and deliver the best custom craft to surfers.

We at the EA factory currently employ these technologies to achieve the highest consistency and precision in our custom orders. Each board is designed and cut to order before EA fine-tunes the last finishing touches by hand.

Materials and Construction
